ut the thing together in about 2 hours, but I took my time. A motivated person could do it in 30 minutes quite easily. It's a solid bike. Quiet, comfortable, sturdy (very important), has heart rate sensors built into the lower handlebars. I bought this for my pregnant wife, but I find myself using it quite often and I'm a bit of a gym rat.

After much research and discussion we settled on the Stamina 7100 because it wasn't too heavy for us senior citizens to handle. We weren't sure it would be a quality product, but ordered it anyway. It arrived in less than a week. We took the parts out of the box for ease in carrying it down to our rec room - at 100 pounds it had been a heavy load.
